Before We Print — File & Prepress Review

A great finished graphic starts with a great file. Our prepress or customer service team reviews production files for potential issues with sizing, orientation, cutting instructions, and other production specifications before they reach the printer.

After Printing — Print Quality Inspection

Before graphics move to the next stage, we look for color inconsistencies, banding, ink issues, material defects, and other visible imperfections. Catching an issue here prevents it from becoming a bigger problem later.

Before & During Lamination — Protecting the Print

Lamination adds protection, but only when it's done correctly. Our process includes checking printed surfaces, laminate condition, equipment setup, and finished results for wrinkles, debris, adhesion issues, and other defects.

Cutting & Finishing — Details Matter

Whether we're contour cutting decals, routing rigid materials, or finishing banners, we review specifications and inspect the finished work. Proper sizing, clean cuts, hems, pockets, grommets, and webbing all matter

Final Quality Check — One Last Look

Before an order leaves our facility, we inspect the finished graphics against the production requirements. We check for visible defects, finishing accuracy, quantities, and packaging readiness.

Packaging & Shipping — Quality Doesn't Stop at the Door

A perfectly produced graphic doesn't do much good if it arrives damaged. We take care in packaging and preparing orders for shipment to help protect the work we've produced.
