Avery Dennison MPI 1105 SuperCast Easy Apply RS is a premium 2 mil, high-gloss cast vinyl designed for demanding vehicle, fleet and outdoor graphics. Its superior conformability makes it ideal for compound curves, corrugations, rivets and other irregular surfaces where a standard calendared film may not perform as well.
The Easy Apply RS adhesive combines air-egress technology with slideability and repositionability, helping installers achieve accurate placement while reducing wrinkles and trapped air during application.
For vehicle and fleet graphics, we recommend pairing MPI 1105 with Avery Dennison DOL 1360Z. This 1.3 mil optically clear, high-gloss cast overlaminate is designed to protect printed graphics while maintaining the flexibility needed for demanding applications.

Our custom striping equipment allows us to produce stock and custom vinyl adhesive backed striping from 1/4 inch to 47 1/2 inches wide.
