Dry Apply Installation Guide

Here’s how to get a flawless application using ASLAN’s DryApply technology:

  1. Surface Prep - Clean the glass thoroughly with a lint-free cloth and a non-ammonia cleaner. Any dust, debris, or residue will show through the film.
  2. Dry Application - Peel & place. The adhesive and air-release channels assist a bubble-free finish.
  3. Position and Adjust - You can easily reposition the film to align perfectly without damaging the surface.
  4. Smooth - Using a squeegee, start from the center and move outward, using firm even strokes to expel air.
  5. Final Adhesion - After placement, the adhesive gradually wets out, strengthening the bond. Allow a full 24-48 hours for a full set.
